PulseChat provides in-app tools to help users manage unwanted contact and report abusive or objectionable behavior. Users can report users, messages, chats, or community spaces where available. Reports create a moderation case that may be reviewed by PulseChat for abuse prevention, enforcement, and platform safety.
Users can also block other users. When a user is blocked, the chat is removed from the blocker's chat list, and the blocked user cannot send messages or start voice or video calls to the blocker unless unblocked. Blocking may also create an internal safety signal so PulseChat can identify repeat abuse patterns.
System Admin confirmation messages are shown for reports, not normal block actions. PulseChat may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, content, or access to features when users violate our Terms, misuse the service, or engage in abusive, illegal, harmful, or objectionable behavior.
Pulse Chat may send automated operational notices from noreply@pulse-chat.de, including account, security, deletion, support, privacy, moderation, or service administration messages. Please check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting a reply from PulseChat.
